The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room, a livingroom anf two covered terraces.
There are 2 double bedrooms (two with en suite and) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The third bathroom is separate with shower, wash-hand basin and toilet. The garden has plenty of space for children to play.

There is a beautifully converted cabanon on the site. This cabanon has been converted into a studio for 2 people. Here is a living room, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet and a double bed.

The holiday home Maison de Pascal (6 persons) is an old renovated Bergerie situated 3km from the picturesque provencal village of Cotignac. It sits in the middle of a vineyard with total privacy & a big pool (10 x 4 meter). There is a shaded terrace perfect for dining.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with bath, 1 with shower), a livingroom, dining room and kitchen. It is a rustic style house, with a big garden which has several perfect areas to sit & relax. The garden consists of sitting areas with olive trees, almond trees and oak trees. You can enjoy a wonderful walk on your own land.
On the ground floor you’ll find a living/dining room, kitchen and one bathroom (with shower). On the first floor you’ll find 3 bedrooms: two double bedrooms ( beds 1.60 and 1.40 )and one bedroom with a bunk bed and a twin bed. Also on the first floor you’ll find a bathroom (with bath / shower). There are 2 toilets in the house. In the large private garden you’ll find the swimming pool (10 x 4 meter)).On the private terrace which overlooks the garden and pool, you can enjoyevening cooking and dining.

The villa built in a Provençal architectural style offers a capacity of 11 people: 5 bedrooms, 3 independent bathrooms with showers and toilets for each.

On the 2500 m2 plot, the garden bordered by vines offers a wide variety of species of trees and flowers and fruit trees, olive trees, fig trees, apricot trees, apple trees, cherry trees as well as large plane trees in the generous shade which offer a beautiful freshness on the terraces and inside the house.
