The Maison Belle Vue has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is located on a quiet spot at 1 km away from the Provencal village Taverns and 2 km from the town Barjols. The comfortable house is situated on a large area (olive) of 6000 m2. Here you have complete privacy and stunning views of the area.

The fine pool (5 to 10) makes this house to a fantastic vacation spot. You walk in 10 minutes to downtown Taverns where you'll find a baker, a small supermarket, a cafe and a restaurant is. It is 5 minutes drive to the center of the town Barjols. Near to the Gorges du Verdon, the Mediterranean Sea and the larger cities such as Aix en Provence and Draguinan.

Arrangement

The entrance of the house is on the ground floor. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds) and a bathroom (shower, toilet and sink). 1 bedroom is to establish a small room with a sitting area. On the ground floor is a room with a sports equipment (Bowflex). You will also find the freezer and washing machine.

On the first floor is the living - dining room (with air conditioning), kitchen, third bedroom (double bed of 1.80 to 2) with second balcony and bathroom (bath, separate shower and sink). In the corner of the living room has a TV with reception of Dutch channels. On this floor you will find the kitchen (with microwave, oven and dishwasher).

From the living room and kitchen you can use doors to the balcony. Here is a table. Also from this place has a fantastic view.

The large garden has many beautiful (shaded) and is wonderful spots for walking or playing. Besides the pool is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. This is a covered outdoor kitchen sink with hot and cold water, a 4-ring biscuit machine, a refrigerator and a plancha. There is also a dining table.

Besides the pool is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The pool is protected under French law with an alarm system. Yet we find this house not suitable for children who can not swim as there is a pond in the garden.

Price: per week from Saturday to Saturday except compulsory final cleaning € 120 per rental period includes costs for electricity, gas and water.

Linen rental for € 10  per person.

Villa L'Hermite is 1.5 km away from the village Tavernes in the heart of the Provence Verte. The house is at the end of a private road on a 2000 m2. plot. The property is completely fenced and closed by a gate. The comfortable villa with an independent studio was built in 2008 and can accommodate up to 8 persons, 6 persons can sleep in the main house (4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom) In the studio are 2 sleeping places. This studio also has a kitchen / sitting room and a bathroom. The house has a lovely private pool (9 x 5 meters). In Tavernes you will find a bakery, a small supermarket, a café and a restaurant. It is a 10 minutes drive from the lively center of the town Barjols. Tavernes is centrally located to all attractions, including the famous Gorges du Verdon, Lake St. Croix (canoeing, rafting, sailing), the Mediterranean Sea and the larger cities such as Aix en Provence and Draguignan

On the ground floor of the villa you will find a living / dining room (48.5 m2) with an open kitchen (13.8 m2), a toilet and a hallway. On the first floor of the house there are four bedrooms.

1 bedroom  with a bunk bed  (90 op 200) and a singel bed  90 - 200 (3 persons)

All bedrooms have a closet. on the first floor is a bathroom with a bath, a double sink, a toilet and a shower
The villa has a spacious covered terrace and an outdoor kitchen (35 m2) In the studio is a living room with kitchen (20 m2), bedroom (10 m2) with double bed (160 x 200cm) and a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. There is a 2nd door that gives access to the terrace, from the bathroom.
There is a garage (40m2) with an electric door and control via keypad. There is also a carport (27 m2).
The pool is the central point of the house that is visually connected to all main rooms: outdoor terrace, entrance to the kitchen, the living room and dining area through three large windows.

The pool measures 9 x 5m and has a circular staircase of 1.2 wide with 3 steps so that small children can go safely in and out of the pool. Forfait heating pool: € 125 per week.

Bedding can be rented for € 10 per person.
