Maison La Source is a comfortable cozy furnished house (190 m2 habitable space) rural location on a large plot of 8000 m2 at approximately 2.5 km from the Provencal village of La Verdiere. Your own private pool makes this home a great vacation spot. From the terrace and pool you have a beautiful view of the surroundings. The house is suitable for 8 people, 4 bedrooms (including 1 studio with private entrance, kitchenette, shower and toilet), 2 bathrooms and a private pool. La Verdiere is located 45 km from the city of Aix en Provence and 30 km from the famous Gorges du Verdon and the Lac de Sainte Croix. The Mediterranean is an hour away. For walkers, there are endless beautiful walks, among others GR 99.
Arrangement
On the ground floor you will find a very spacious and cozy living room with two sitting areas and dining area. Following you will find a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with bar (oven, stove, fridge / freezer, dishwasher). you can go to the terrace from the kitchen and living room. There is a large terrace around the house. Also on the front is a patio with seating. Furthermore, a separate toilet with a small shower.On the ground you will find a studio: a sleeping maker (double bed 1.40) with private entrance (also to the living room), terrace, kitchenette, Italian shower and toilet.
On the first floor are three bedrooms and a separate bathroom with bath / shower, two sinks and toilet. The master bedroom has a double bed of 1.80 to 2.00 m and a dressing. Furthermore, a bedroom with a double bed of 1.40 m and a bedroom with two single beds of 0.90 wide.
The private pool measuring 8 x 4 m. Depth 1.50 meters. The pool is secured by a pool alarm.
Present: fixed barbecue that can be used in summer, WIFI, TV with French and international channels, washing machine, dishwasher.
Dogs are not allowed.
Surrounding
In the village of La verdière you will find a baker, a butcher, a cafe, a takeaway pizza and a small supermarkt.Een larger supermarket can be found in Vinon sur Verdon (20 minutes drive).
The highlights of Provence and the French Riviera: Saint-Tropez, Cassis or the Luberon are easily accessible for day trips. The famous Gorges du Verdon and the beautiful Lac Sainte Croix are within a half hour drive from the huis.De area is hilly with olive groves and vineyards. An ideal holiday destination with nice eating places (eg in Ginasservis, Aups and Cotignac) beautiful golf courses (Golf de Barbaroux Golf de Sainte Baume) and walking. The Mediterranean is an hour away.
