The below mentioned general conditions are applicable on reserving, renting, inhabiting and paying of a holiday home through Le Cocon Vacances.

Rent:

The rent amount (per house) is mentioned on our website www.lecoconvacances.com.

Costs for gas, water and electricity and deposit are payable separately. Costs for cleaning are not included in the rent. You have to pay this to the hostess or host (cash or by cheque) who is present at your arrival.

Payment:

We ask an initial payment of 30% of the rent. When we have received the initial payment your reservation is definitive.The remaining 70% of the rent has to be paid six weeks before your arrival.

Cancellation:

In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the rented period we will charge you the initial payment. In case of cancellation shorter than 6 weeks before the rented period we will charge you 100% of the rent.

Number of persons

The number of persons that stay the night in the house, 6 at the most, may not be crossed.

Liability/responsibility

During the rental period the renter has full responsibility for damage and injury causes at the house and/or furniture. In spite of the damage or injury is caused by the renter or other persons who are in the house by permission of the renter.

Le Cocon Vacances  and owners are not responsible in case of accidents in or around the house.

Children are not allowed to set foot on the swimming-pool without supervision and life-jacket.
