Arrangement
On the ground floor of the house, you will find a spacious living/dining room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, electric hob, oven, etc.). From the living room, you can step directly onto the covered terrace (30 m²).
Also on the ground floor is 1 bedroom with a sofa bed (1.60 m wide). There is also an Italian-style shower and a washbasin. A separate toilet is located on the ground floor as well.
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed (1.60 m wide) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. This floor also has a bathroom with a bath/shower, 2 washbasins, and a toilet.
Your swimming pool measures 7.40 by 3.50 m and has a depth of 1.50 m. There is a pétanque court in the garden.
Pets are allowed upon consultation.

Surroundings
Lake Esparron is a 30-minute drive away. Lake Sainte-Croix can be reached in 35 minutes. The famous Gorges du Verdon are a 45-minute drive away.
The coastal towns of the Mediterranean Sea such as Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Saint-Raphaël, and Fréjus are approximately 75 km from Ginasservis. Adventurers can take a dive from the rocks at the Calanques of Cassis. For those who prefer freshwater, there are beaches along Lake Sainte-Croix where many different water sports are possible, such as surfing, sailing, catamaran sailing, canoeing, and pedal boating.
For active hikers and climbers, there are beautiful hiking and climbing routes in and around the Gorges du Verdon.
Golfers will also find plenty of opportunities, with several beautiful golf courses in the area. Nearby activities include climbing, swimming, golfing, hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, water sports, and mountain sports.
There are also charming local markets in Aups, Villecroze, Salernes, and Cotignac.
In the region, you will find olive trees, vineyards, and fragrant lavender fields (in early July).
In the immediate area, you will also find several beautiful wine estates producing excellent wines. Definitely worth a visit for tasting. These include: Château Vignelaure, Château Revelette, Domaine des Toulons, Domaine la Réaltière, Abbaye de St. Hilaire, Chapelle de Ste. Bacchi, Château Pigoudet, and Domaine Aix.

Price includes water, gas, and electricity. Excludes the mandatory final cleaning fee of €110.
Bed linen can be rented for €10 per person.
