Maison Puy d’Auberge is a charming holiday home (135 m2) located on a naturally landscaped site of 3200 meters. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. The private swimming pool and the outdoor kitchen make it a wonderful place to enjoy all the good things that Provence has to offer. The house is approximately 2.5 km from the Provencal village of La Verdière. You can walk to the village in around 20 minutes. La Verdière is 45 km from the city of Aix en Provence and 30 km from the famous Gorges du Verdon and Lac de Sainte Croix. The Mediterranean Sea is an hour away. For hikers, there are endless beautiful hiking routes, including GR 99.

Arrangement

You enter the house through a porch. Then you will find a large living / dining room with open fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, senseo coffee maker). There are 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms with a double bed and two bedrooms with a doubter bed. There are 2 bathrooms: 1 with bath / shower and 1 with an Italian shower. There are 2 separate toilets in the house. There is a cozy terrace with dining table on both sides of the house. Around the pool you will find an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and fireplace and seating areas. The swimming pool measures 8 x 4 meters and can be closed with an electrically operated roller deck.

The owners of the house attach great importance to ecological values. This is reflected in home and grounds. The garden is a naturally landscaped garden for example.

Environment

In the village of La verdière you will find a bakery, a butcher, a café, a takeaway pizza and a small supermarket. A larger supermarket can be found in Vinon sur Verdon (20 minutes' drive). In the area plenty of opportunity for water sports, hiking and visiting charming Provencal markets ..

The highlights of Provence and the French Riviera: Saint Tropez, Cassis or the Luberon are easily accessible for a day trip. The famous Gorges du Verdon and the beautiful Lac Sainte Croix are half an hour's drive from the house. The area is hilly with olive trees and vineyards. An ideal holiday destination with nice eateries (for example in Ginasservis, Aups or Cotignac) beautiful golf courses (Golf de Barbaroux and Golf de Sainte Baume) and hiking trails. The Mediterranean Sea is an hour away.

Lac de Saint Croix: 30 km.

Cassis, Saint Cyr (Mediterranean Sea) : 95 km.

Price: per week from Saturday to Saturday, excluding mandatory final cleaning per rental period of € 110 including costs for electricity, gas and water.

Bed linen can be rented for € 10 per person.
