The comfortable villa "Saint Julien" (145 m2 living space) is located on a plot of 1000 m2 about 1 km away (15 minutes walk) from the Provencal village of Saint Pierre, municipality of Saint Julien de Montagnier. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. A nice private ( heated) swimming pool and the beautiful view make this house a wonderful holiday spot. Saint Julien de Montagnier is located about 60 km from Aix en Provence and 20 km from the Gorges du Verdon and the Lac de Sainte Croix. The Mediterranean is a good hour's drive away. For walkers there are endless beautiful walking routes, including Grande Randonée 99.

Arrangement

Villa Saint Julien is a modern house built in 2020. There are neighbors, but you have enough privacy and a beautiful view. The house is comfortably furnished with good beds (box springs). On the ground floor you will find a large living room with open (fully equipped) kitchen, dining table and sitting/tv corner. There is a shared toilet. The kitchen includes an induction hob, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and toaster. In the utility room an American fridge, wine cabinet and washing machine. On the ground floor you will also find two bedrooms with a double bed of 1.60 m by 2.00 m, a separate bathroom with sink, Italian shower and toilet. There are shutters on all windows. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. 1 bedroom with a double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed. Adjacent to the bedroom with the bunk bed is a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Adjacent to the living space is a  terrace. In addition, the swimming pool of 3 by 6 meters. Depth 1.50 m. Available: Wifi, TV (reception of French and international channels), large gas barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher.

Surrounding

It is a 15 minute walk to the village of Saint Pierre, municipality of Saint Julien de Montagnier. In the village you will find 2 bakeries, a butcher, a small supermarket, a restaurant, a pizzeria and a cafe. A larger supermarket is a 10-minute drive away in Ginasservis. The Lac de Esparron is a 25-minute drive away. The Lac de Sainte Croix can be reached in 30 minutes. The famous Gorges du Verdon are a 45 minute drive away. The highlights of Provence and the French Riviera: Saint Tropez, Cassis or the Luberon are easily accessible for a day trip. The area is hilly with olive trees and vineyards. An ideal holiday destination with nice dining options (for example in Ginasservis, Aups or Cotignac), beautiful golf courses (Golf de Barbaroux and Golf de Sainte Baume) and walking routes. The Mediterranean is an hour away.

Rental price per week from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am. Including costs for water, electricity and gas. Excluding costs for final cleaning at € 100 (max. 4 persons) and € 140 (max. 8 persons).
