The holiday home Maison 'Coup de Coeur' (approximately 150 m2 of living space) is located at a ten-minute walk from the picturesque Provencal village of Pontevès (beautiful hiking and beautiful castle ruins) and 3 km from the town of Barjols. Centrally located in relation to the Gorges du Verdon (45 km), the Lac Sainte Crois (40 km), the Mediterranean Sea and the larger cities such as Aix en Provence and Draguinan. The comfortable house with beautiful views has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is suitable for 6 people. The private swimming pool, of 10 m by 4.5 m, with adjoining outdoor kitchen makes the house a wonderful holiday spot.

Arrangement

On the ground floor a very spacious (about 80 m2) bright living room with sitting area and open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator). There is a freezer in the outdoor kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed of 1.60 wide. This bedroom has a sliding door to the outside. There is also a bathroom with Italian shower and sink and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed. 1 of 1.60 wide and 1 of 1.40 wide. On this floor also a dressing room and a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The living room has a covered terrace. 1 floor lower is the beautiful swimming pool (10 m by 4.5 m and 1.50 deep). Adjacent to the pool is a lounge set and a nice outdoor kitchen. In the outdoor kitchen a gas cooker, an electric plancha, a freezer, washing machine and a sink. There is also a shower and toilet here. Available: dishwasher, washing machine, TV, Wifi, plancha, baby cot, high chair.

Surrounding

The house is located on a quiet main road that runs from Barjols to Ponteves. You can walk to the épicerie in Pontevès in 10 minutes where you can get bread, drink a cup of coffee and do small shopping. There is also a beautiful ruin of a castle to visit. Moreover, you can take very nice walks with beautiful views. A larger supermarket is 3 km away in Barjols. It is a 5-minute drive to the lively center of the town of Barjols. In this town you will find a larger supermarket, bakers, butchers and several nice restaurants (Ben & Nat is a must) and terraces. Barjols is a town with a rich history and is known for its 42 fountains and 4 rivers. The architecture of Barjols has been defined by all this water for centuries. Beautiful nature in the immediate vicinity, including The mountain Les Bessilons and Vallon Sourn. The famous Gorges du Verdon and the Lac de Sainte Croix can be reached in 40 minutes. The Mediterranean Sea is an hour away. For walkers there are endless beautiful walking routes, including Grande Randonée 99. Marseille Airport is 66 km away. Toulon airport 55 km away.
