Maison Correns (140 m2) is located within a 5-minute walk from the charming Provençal village of Correns, situated in the heart of the Var region in Provence. The house is surrounded by vineyards on a large natural estate of 5000 square meters with olive trees, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Maison Correns features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 6 people. The large private swimming pool (10 x 5 meters) with outdoor kitchen makes this house a delightful place to fully enjoy all the beauty Provence has to offer. 

Arrangement

On the ground floor of the house you will find a living/dining room, a toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer). There are 2 cozy terraces, one next to the kitchen and a covered terrace for the living/dining room. Both terraces are accessible through French doors.

On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms (all with a double bed of 1.40 m wide) and a bathroom with a bath, shower, and toilet. All windows have mosquito screens, so you can sleep comfortably with the windows open.

Your own large private swimming pool (10 x 5 meters, depth ranging from 1 to 2 meters) with a terrace and outdoor kitchen surrounding it is ideal. For small children, it is very practical that there is a gate for access to the pool area. The outdoor kitchen includes a sink, a small fridge, a dining table, a plancha, a foosball table, and a sports equipment. There is also an outdoor shower next to the pool. Jeux de boules can also be played.

Amenities include WIFI, television, foosball table, plancha, baby cot, sun loungers, and 2 umbrellas.

Surrounding

Correns is a charming Provençal village surrounded by hills and vineyards. It is the first village in France to be fully certified organic, located in the heart of the Var. In Correns, you will find a bakery, a small grocery store, a café, a good restaurant, a wine cooperative, a hairdresser, and a chocolatier. Also a small restaurant by the river with a petanque court. There is also a tennis court and a football field. At the entrance of the village, there is an organic vegetable farmer and a goat farmer where you can buy cheese at the village's grocery store. Horseback riding excursions are also organized. There are also canoeing and kayaking activities by the river if the water level allows it. You will also find an electric car charging station in the village.

Larger supermarkets can be found in Carces or Brignoles (10 to 15 minutes drive away). Correns is a 10-minute drive from the lively village of Cotignac, with its characterful streets, weekly market, and lovely restaurants and terraces. It is also a 10-minute drive to the Provençal village of Carces, which is picturesque with its charming restaurants and cozy terraces.

In the surrounding area, there are numerous wine châteaux and famous Provençal markets. The market in Cotignac or in Lorgues on Tuesday mornings is particularly enjoyable. The beaches of Fréjus and Saint-Tropez, as well as cities like Nice, Cannes, and Toulon, can be reached within an hour. Further in the region, you can visit the renowned Gorges du Verdon and the beautiful Lac Sainte Croix. A lovely golf course, Golf de Barbaroux, can be found in Brignoles (a 15-minute drive away).
