Villa Le Lavadin is a very comfortable house suitable for 6 persons situated in the heart of Provence.

This charming house is situated on a small domain and has its own private pool, garden and terraces. The back side of the villa offers a lovely view of the Massif de Sainte Baume mountain range.

It is ideally located only 3 km from the village of Nans les Pins and 3 minute drive from a beautiful golf court.

Arrangement

The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. TV and WIFI available. On the ground floor there is a kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave anddishwasher. Adjacent is a living/dining room from where you can reach a coveredterrace (through sliding doors). This is a perfect place to view the surroundinghills.

The garden has various terraces where it's lovely to relax in the shade or the sun. On the domaine there is a large swimming pool (19 x 7,5 m.) and 2 tennis courts for your use.

The swimming pool (shared with other guests) is fenced, including separate children’s swimming pool, opened from May up to and including September.

On the domaine there is also a large swimmingpool and 2 tenniscourts for your use. In the immediate vicinity you will find lovely restaurants. Aix en Provence, known for its markets and restaurants, is 30 minutes drive. The Mediterranean Sea is 30 km away. Walkers will enjoy endless beautiful walks.A perfect location for exploring Provence.

The lovely 18 hole "le Golf de la Sainte Baume" golf course is within walking distance. There are many activities near the park, such as walking, cycling, climbing in the Massif de la Sainte Baume and market visits. You can also take day trips to Aix-en-Provence, Marseille, Cassis, Bandol, La Ciotat, Nice, Cannes, Saint Tropez and Monaco. The breathtaking nature of the Gorges du Verdon is 75 km away.
