Moun Oustaou villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 7 people. The villa (135 m2 habitable space) is an enclosed area of 2000 meters. The house is 10 minutes walk from the picturesque village of Pontevès (great hiking and beautiful ruins of castle) and 3 km from the Provencal village Barjols. Centrally located to the Gorges du Verdon (45 km), the Lac Sainte Croissants (40 km) to the Mediterranean Sea and the larger cities such as Aix en Provence and Draguinan.

Arrangement

Ground floor:

One large bedroom with a double bed (1.40 to 1.90). A bathroom (bath and basin) and a separate toilet. Kitchen with door to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped (gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher). Besides the kitchen is the cozy spacious living / dining room. From this room there are doors to the (partially) covered terrace. Behind the living room is a hallway which still are 2 bedrooms and a separate toilet. 1 bedroom with bunk beds (2 beds of 0.90 to 2.00) and 1 bedroom with a single bed of 0.90 to 1.90). The utility room houses the washing machine.

First floor.

Above the living room is a mezzazine. From this mezzazine takes you to an attic room with a double bed (1.40 to 1.90). This bedroom has its own (small) bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

There is a fine (partially) covered terrace to eat or sit.

A little further, a little lower on the property is a large pool (10 x 5 meters). Around the pool it is great to relax and you have a nice view. There is a picnic table to eat here.There are sun loungers and parasols.

The garden is great for children to play in. You can also hang out under a tree in the shade reading a book.

Surrounding

The house is on a quiet road that runs from Barjols to Ponteves.

It takes 10 minutes to the grocery shop in Pontevès where you can get bread, a cup of coffee to drink and small groceries can do. There is also to visit a beautiful ruin of a castle. Furthermore, you can make beautiful walks with beautiful views.

A larger supermarket is 3 km away in Barjols.

It is 5 minutes drive from the lively center of the town Barjols. In this town you will find a larger supermarket, bakers, butchers and several nice restaurants and cafes. Barjols is a town with a rich history and is known for its 42 fountains and 4 rivers. The architecture of Barjols has for centuries been determined by all this water. Barjols is approximately 55 km from Aix en Provence and 40 km from the Gorges du Verdon and the Lac de Sainte Croix. The Mediterranean is an hour away. For walkers, there are endless beautiful walks, including Grande Randonée 99. Nice restaurants in the area: Taverns "le St Cassien" - at the end of the village towards Draguignan. Prices

Rent per week from Saturday 16:00 to Saturday 10:00. Including charges for water, electricity and gas. Excluding charges for final cleaning of € 110 and possibly renting bed linen € 10 per person.

Tourist tax: € 2 pp ( 18+) per day.
