Maison La Marguemma (130 m2)  is a comfortable, attractively furnished holiday home located on enclosed grounds of 1000 m2 in a residential area about 1 km from the Provencal village of Ginasservis. Your own private pool makes this home a fantastic vacation spot. From the terrace and pool you have a beautiful view of the area. The house is suitable for 8 persons, has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In Ginasservis you will find a bakery, a supermarket, a restaurant and a café. The village is a 10-minute drive from Vinon sur Verdon, 50 minutes from the city of Aix en Provence and 40 km from the famous Gorges du Verdon and the Lac de Sainte Croix. The Mediterranean is an hour away. There are endless beautiful hiking trails for hikers, including GR 99.

Arrangement

On the ground floor you will find a large living / living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge freezer, stove, etc). Next to the kitchen is a terrace with a dining table where you can eat in the shade. On the other side of the living space are sliding doors that open onto a large terrace. Here is a cozy lounge set. In the garden you will find the swimming pool of 8 by 4 meters. Depth 1.50. The pool is secured with a pool alarm.
