Maison Tourves: La Source, is a comfortable holiday home located on a 2500 m2 property, 5 km from the Provencal village of Tourves in the heart of Provence. Crossed by the River Caramy, Tourves is located between the towns of Saint Maximin de la Baume and Brignoles. 48 km north of Toulon. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 8 people. In front of the house is a lovely private swimming pool of 10 by 5.30 m. From the pool and south oriented terrace you have a beautiful view of the beautiful rural surroundings. Nearby the beautiful mountain massifs Sainte Baume and Sainte Victoire. In the region also the famous Gorges du Verdon and the Lac de Sainte Croix. The Mediterranean is an hour away. For walkers there are endless beautiful walking routes, including Grande Randonée 99

Arrangement

On the ground floor of the house you will find a cozy living room with open (fully equipped) kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator) followed by a large utility room. There are also 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. The first bedroom with a double bed of 1.60 wide. This bedroom has a sink and shower. A second bedroom with a double bed of 1.80 wide and a third bedroom with a double bed of 1.60 wide. Also a spacious separate bathroom with Italian shower, sink and toilet on the ground floor and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a bedroom with two single beds. There is air conditioning both downstairs and upstairs. The spacious swimming pool measures 10 m by 5.30 m and has a descending depth (steps) from 0.90 m to 1.95 m.

There is a covered terrace with attached BBQ. There is a large outdoor table with seating for 8 people. There is also a square small outdoor table for 4 people, this to be able to move to the sun or shade to have breakfast, or can also be used as a side table. There are 6 sun loungers.

Surrounding

With almost 5,000 inhabitants, Tourves has managed to preserve an authentic and charming old Provencal center. In Tourves you will find a restaurant, 2 bakeries and a small supermarket. Larger supermarkets can be found in Saint Maximin de la Baume (14 km)   and Brignoles (10 km).

In the area: The river and the Gorges de Caramy The Sainte Baume mountain massif 30 km away with the famous cave of Mary Magdalene Sainte Baume . Golf Course Golf course Barbaroux .
