Maison Esluci Provençau is an attractive holiday home (house 80 m2 plus outdoor kitchen and studio 30 m2) with private swimming pool in a beautiful spot (1660 m2) in Provence. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is suitable for 5 to 6 people. A well-equipped outdoor kitchen and a private swimming pool make it a wonderful holiday spot. Rians is about 50 minutes drive from the famous Gorges du Verdon and the Lac de Sainte Croix lake. The city of Aix en Provence can be reached in 40 minutes. The Mediterranean in a good hour. For walkers there are endless beautiful walking routes, including the Grande Randonée 99.

Arrangement

In the main house you will find a spacious attractive living/dining room and beautiful open kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer). Furthermore, 1 bedroom with a double bed of 1.60 m by 2.00 m. and French doors to the terrace. A second bedroom (children's room) has a single bed with an extra folding bed. There is a separate bathroom with bath/shower and washbasin and a separate toilet Adjacent to the living room is a nice cozy terrace (with shade in the summer) with lounge set. Outside next to the pool is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove with 4 burners. Barbecue and pizza oven. Next to the outdoor kitchen a studio with a double bed of 1.60 m (mezzanine) and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a small pond. Available: A sports cycling device, a swing, a trampoline, TV, internet. (the jaccuzi you see in the photo is no longer there).

Surrounding

The village of Rians is located in a rolling Provencal hilly landscape at the extreme tip of the Var where four departments intersect: Bouches du Rhone, the Vaucluse, Alpes de Haute-Provence and the Var. In Rians you will find 2 bakeries, a butcher, a supermarket, a doctor, a pharmacy, a dentist, a vet, 2 cafes and a few restaurants. The imposing church of Mary of Nazareth in Rians is definitely worth a visit. Larger supermarkets can be found in Saint Maximin de la Baume (about a 20-minute drive). There is a cozy Provencal market here on Wednesday mornings.

Restaurants in the immediate vicinity: In Rians Hostellerie de L'Esplanade and La Roquette. The Bergerie in Ginasservis. In varages, the local restaurant Le Provence.

In the immediate vicinity of Rians you will find a number of beautiful wine estates that make beautiful and tasty wines. Definitely worth checking out and tasting.
