In the house, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, American fridge, dishwasher, oven/microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine). A comfortable living room (40 m2) with a billiard table, a veranda (with air conditioning) with a dining area and a desk.

There are 3 bedrooms: The master bedroom (1.60 double bed) with plenty of storage space and its own bathroom with shower. A second bedroom with two single beds (0.80 wide) (air-conditioned). A third bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m) and its own shower and sink. A separate spacious bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet.

There are no photos yet of the third bedroom with shower and sink. This one is new and almost finished.

Your private pool measures 8.50 m by 4.50 m (depth up to 1.40 m) and is equipped with a removable rigid dome. This keeps the water at a pleasant temperature. If desired, the water can be heated (with extra charge) at the beginning and end of the season.

Next to the pool, you will find a typical Provencal garden hut with a dining area and a wood-fired pizza oven, mini-fridge, sink, and marble countertop for preparing pizza dough! Weber charcoal or wood barbecue.

Next to the house is a small apartment where a tenant resides. The access gate is shared. However, you have complete privacy on your terrace, in your garden, and around the pool. There is no overlooking.

Jouques is a lively village with shops, restaurants, bars, and a friendly market on Sundays. Situated between the Durance River and the Sainte-Victoire mountain, Jouques is at the crossroads of four departments. Built on top of a fragrant hill, with its small valleys and wooded slopes, Jouques is only visible when you have almost reached the last bend on the road leading to the village. Jouques is a typical small Provençal village with a calm and serene atmosphere. Its rich rural heritage of "restanques," "bories," oratories, and chapels provides an excellent excuse to explore the beautiful natural surroundings around the village. Many artists, painters, sculptors, potters, and photographers are inspired by Jouques' picturesque landscape, colors, and light. Their works are regularly exhibited throughout the year. Some of them have their workshops in the village, and you will always be warmly welcomed if you visit them...

In the immediate vicinity, you will find several vineyards producing beautiful and delicious wines. It is really worth going to see and taste them. Among them: Château Vignelaure, Château Revelette, Domaine des Toulons, Domaine la Realtière, Abbaye de St. Hilaire, Chapelle de Ste. Bacchi, Château Pigoudet, Domaine Aix.
