Maison Lafon (100 m²) is located in a quiet residential area, approximately 1 km away (a 10–15 minute walk to the bakery) from the village of Tavernes, in the heart of the Provence Verte, the almost always green part of the Var department in Provence.
This comfortable house is set on a 650 m² plot and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Your private swimming pool as well as your private jacuzzi on the upstairs terrace make this house a particularly delightful holiday retreat.
Air conditioning is available in the living/dining room and in the two upstairs bedrooms.
In Tavernes, you will find a bakery, a small grocery store, a café, and a restaurant. The lively town center of Barjols is just a 10-minute drive away.
Tavernes enjoys a central location close to many tourist attractions, such as the famous Gorges du Verdon, Lake Sainte-Croix (canoeing, rafting, sailing), the Mediterranean Sea, and larger cities such as Aix-en-Provence and Draguignan.
Arrangement
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-plan living area combining the living room and dining area with an open kitchen. This space is equipped with air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped (induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, De’Longhi bean-to-cup coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher).
Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm wide). From this bedroom, you have direct access to the terrace through sliding doors.
Next to the ground-floor bedroom is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and washbasin. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.
From the living area, you access a partially covered terrace with a dining table. The pergola is adjustable/openable and is fitted with lighting.
Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and a double bed (160 cm wide).
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, a washbasin, and a toilet.
A very special feature is the large terrace with a jacuzzi on this level. Here, you can relax in the evening while admiring the starry sky. The terrace is furnished with comfortable cushions, a small table, and a small refrigerator.
In front of the terrace is your private swimming pool. The pool measures 6 x 3 meters and has a depth of 1.50 m. It can be closed using an electric rolling cover.
