Maison Regain is a 5-minute walk from Néoules, where you will find a bakery, a grocery store, a café, and two small restaurants. The charming town of Garéoult is 4 km away, offering a large supermarket, good restaurants, and various shops.
Arrangement
You enter the living area with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer (3 drawers), a microwave, and a kettle. Through the French doors, you have access to the terrace.
The property also features a separate toilet, a bathroom with a shower and sink, and a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m wide).
The property is situated on a large plot (6,000 m²). The neighboring house, about 300 meters away, belongs to the owner.
In addition to your private swimming pool, you also have a jacuzzi and a sauna for private use.
If you wish, you can also relax under an olive tree on the grounds and enjoy a good book.
Small dogs are allowed after prior consultation.

Néoules is a village located in the heart of the Var, in the Provence Verte and the Sainte-Baume Regional Natural Park. Surrounded by vineyards, it is just 35 minutes from the sea (Hyères, Toulon).
